Critiques
This strongly reminds me of game sprites, and I have always been fond of those, so I don't even mind that it doesn't have actual background. Perhaps a shadow of a chara would have been nice, though, to make the bg less empty.
My only suggestions are to try to make the lines in the hair flow smoother and cleaner, and to be more careful when shading/drawing knees. I would recommend softer shading and a bit more rounded shape, it might look more natural.
Otheriwse, the whole composition looks very nice and I really, really like the color combo. Keep up the good work!
Secondly, her top seems lopsided. The portion of the top covering one breast is much higher than the portion covering the other.
Finally, I'd consider giving her darker eyes. Not "realistic" per se, but darker than this.
Besides that, great job.
